Yep, but i've also seen a representation of one with light/medium
grey upper-surfaces, also purporting to be von Schleich's machine.
There is an excellent coverage, lpus colour plates and a photo
of von Schleich's machine[s?] in the old Profile Publications number on the
Roland.
The "curtains"

The "curtains" appear on several different machines, not necessarily
from th ame unit.
Watch out for the references which show a stripe
