[WWI] Silver Linings?

I’m all for the in-the-works idea, I have at least a dozen, most dating back to the turn of the century.

I also like the natural abbreviation of Brian’s Shelf of Doom... the “SoD Cookup” :-D

I like the shelf of doom approach. I have a couple left over from previous cook ups and group builds.

I just unearthed a few Sierra Scale vacs last week: Gotha G.VII, Phoenix C.I and DFW C.I if I recall correctly.

There's a pile of old Albatri that need a attention (poor Dilthy!) A flock of Fokkers too.

I must have half a dozen stalled projects. I'd even donate one to someone who doesn't have a stalled project hiding in a box somewhere....BWAHAHA...Right.

I even have one or two unstarted kits on the shelf, so either idea is fine with me.

We could go with a “Shelf of Doom” COVID Cookup – finish something you have started but it has languished.

Or – go with “New COVID Cookup” and start something NEW when everyone agrees on a start date.

I’d definitely be in favor as long as we can select something already in the stash.

Has anyone else noticed as the pandemic gets worse, this group is getting busier?

One of the nasty results of having me away from the daily work responsabilities.
