[WWI] Centenary of Military Aviation in Australia

Hi all,

Australia was one of the first countries to form a military aviation wing in March 1914 - so well before the start of WW1

To commemorate the centenary next year, the RAAF museum (ever ready to pinch the glory properly owned by the ARMY) have built and flown a replica Bristol Boxkite. Some of you with an interest in pre-OT and OT aviation may enjoy this web page and especially the flight video
