[WWI] Looking for info on early Model T Ambulances

Thanks D!  I especially like the drawings in the last link unfortunately I cannot find drawings like these of the early 1915 type with the cloth top that looks kind of like a covered wagon. I guess it was due to them being built in the field from the packing crates.  Well with the photos people have shown me links to I should be able to get at least one of these done.
