[WWI] Breese Penguin progress

Or just Penguin's Progress, for the chuckles amongst us.
 
Upper and lower fuselage done. All brass with sheet plastic for the fabric covered areas. The sides and attachment to top and bottom await interior photos. Rudder and horizontal tail done.
 
Almost finished with the nose area and working on the wings. Built up the nose the old fashioned way, layer by layer vertical sections with single top and bottom panels and an engine mount plate at the front. The wings are (so far) two thicknesses of plastic card cut and sanded to shape. Any suggestions on how to bend them into an airfoil shape?
 
So far, at least, it's going faster than a kit build.
