[WWI] Eduard Nieuport 17

Looks like another good re-issue, some good markings choices.  But since I have about 10 Nieuports in my stash no need to pick up another one right now.  Just wondering why they did not include the new tool engine that was provided in some of the N.17 kits about 6 years ago with the plastic intake pipes, looks like they are back to the early flat photoetched pipes, a real bad choice in my opinion...
