[WWI] What happened to 1/72 plastic?

I can empathise, Mike.  Steve and Diego have put the economic side and Clare the practical side.  And it makes sense.  Regretably.

But I'd like to pick up on your Simple Solutions, Steve.

If you can generate interest in our subject and hobby for a few bob, wouldn't it make sense for the manufacturers like Roden, Eduard etc to (part) sponsor M & T's?   Surely it must be in their long term interests?

Or will the plea be that all those "few bobs" add up to a lot of very big bobs globaly.  And if we do it for one ........

Might be worth a few e-mails peut-etre?
