Nick, you don¹t need my permission, even if I said no, what¹s to stop you?
This site is about sharing this sort of stuff, e.g the wood grain I used on
the Albie.
According to the Albatros Fighters in Action, only the prototype was built
by Albatros, all the others were built at Friedrichshafen, so Albatros green
may not be the right colour anyway :)

Steve said; ''Nick, the cdl is bleached bone base coat, the ribs then
painted in white, then a future/klear thinned top coat of bleached bone with
maybe a little grey mixed in''
I am going to try that along with the rest of your recipe for cdl on my
Friedrichshafen if I have your permission to plagiarise your method, that
is? It looks great, Steve, and I happen to have a good supply of GW paints
as well. I have used them on a few kits, they airbrush really well. Thank
you for sharing that particular golden nugget. I will also order the
Misterkit colour 'Albatros pale green' you mentioned as well, for the Eduard
W4 which I have.
Cheers!
Nick.
