[WWI] Ref: Fritz Rumey stripes

Hello Kevin
Yes, I know what you mean with the stripes from FCM. I will be using black
decal cut to the width and then matching the spiral. But it still leaves a
blank space in the area of which is which.
Still, onward and upward as they say, you bet as soon as its finished the
evidence we're looking for will come to light.
