Have you checked Albatros Publications themselves?  A quick glance at their
website shows that they have many of the Datafiles in stock.  They also have
most of the Windsock back issues you are looking for.  Who knows, perhaps if
you ordered all of the ones you're missing at once, you might be a bulk
discount.
