Tom
Welcome to the club. It's just over a year since I had mine at 48. Exercise and Diet seem to be the key, modify your attitude to your job (my main problem) and, as Dan said, keep taking your Plavix. Build lots of models in your spare time. I've been doing easy "slammers" for the last year, mostly o/t monoplanes I picked up on sale tables, just to keep the frustration level low. I still plan to tackle those T.C. Models and Lonestar Felixstowes one day. This list is a great source of comfort in tough times (take note Al, you're a humanitarian!). Looking forward to many more years of your posts to come.
Cheers
Brad

Subject: [WWI] A thank you
I suffered a heart attack last Friday the 13th and got out of the hospital today. When I got home I was sitting at the computer reading the emails that had accumulated from the group, these are a really great bunch of people, there helpful with questions, they are serious about there modeling but don't take themselves to seriously. So, I thought I would say thank you to everyone, because I may not be able to the next time it may happen.
