Thanks, Jim. I start by making a loop of copper wire, clamping both ends in a hemostat. I then put an 80 drill bit
in the loop and spin the hemostat until the ends break. I then slip a 1/8" length of micro tubing over the twisted end and push it up to the loop and cut it to length. That's the first half of my turnbuckle. I glue the end into a pre-drilled hole. I do that for as many rigging connections as I have on the plane. Then I stretch plastic stemmed Q-tips to just big enough to feed 2 lengths of 1 or 2 lb monofil a ment through. I cut a length of monofil a ment a little long, run it through the stretched tubing then through the 1st half of the turnbuckle then back through the stretched tubing. I secure it with a drop of ca, then cut off the loose end. I stretch the monofil a ment over to the other turn buckle for that line and repeat the process, pulling it tight. Sounds much more complicated than it is. Really pretty easy once you get the hang of it.
Cheers,
Bud

The model looks fabulous to me. ... How did you make the TB's ? ... I like them, from what I can see in the photos.
