I don't think I'd bother with brass seats as they are really easy
to make out of plastic, but make up the brass ones, and if they look good use them.
Akita wheels are good, check the diameter against drawings, if the diameter is
correct use them. Be careful when aligning the the two sides of the wheels so that
the spokes don't correspond, the spokes on one side should be between the spokes
on the other side or they look wrong. If you use CA you can get them apart by
burning in a flame. I built up the tires with Mr. Surfacer, and then you don't even need to
paint them.
