[WWI] Added: A GWICC in the UK event calendar

With Allan¹s help I have created a Google calendar for GWICC events in the
UK, it is hosted on the GWICC homepage.
It lists the events I have organised a presence at, but I can easily make it
open for any one else to add their own.
