Hei,

In central London near Leicester Square tube station:
http://www.motorbooks.co.uk/
Good selection, easy to drop by if she visits the tourist areas.
It is located in a small street full of specialist bookstores.
http://www.cecilcourt.co.uk/

If she is willing to take 30min by tube and 15min walk, Hannants shop just
beyond RAF Museum has both new and second hand datafiles- but rather
pricey on rare stuff. Colindale tube station and go past the RAF Museum
and the Great Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses.

You can also let the list know which ones you are missing,
some of us tend to visit bookshops all over the world...
