How about "Could be's" or "What if's", such as a carrier capable or float equipped SE5?
Another idea would be fictional aircraf, so one could produce the Nieuport 11's from "Flyboys" or a Biggles Camel.

"Unusual Aircraft" might be a good theme with planes such as the "Christmas Bullet" on display. Unfortunately I have no models to offer.
