Good point, Steve.  I have had limited success in this sort of venture.  I also have the Methuen book but have problems making exact copies.  Much the same as I tried to extend the life of my A-G lozenge decal collection by making copies.  It just doesn't work very well.  I'm not good enough at PhotoShop to tweak it to what I think looks like the original.
