[WWI] 1/48 Eduard Spad

Help!  I'm throwing together Luke's Spad to give to Stephen Skinner when we 
get together at San Antonio and I don't know what a particular part is, or 
where it goes.

I've looked several times over the instruction booklet and I can find no 
mention of part D20.  What is it?  Where does it go?  Leave it off?>>

It looks like a sort of venturi fuel tank pressure dealy and the 
instructions for my kit show it as an optional part. When used, it goes on 
the top of the top wing- but not all Spads had this and I don't know about 
Luke's. Other photos of other 27 Aero Squadron airplanes don't seem to show 
it. For that metter, most photos where this area is visible don't seem to 
have it.
