[WWI] Research Help

Since losing my database - and the WW1 itch starting once again - I find 
I'm at a loss for where all references are <sigh>.

I'm helping someone research the Showbirds, the USAS SPADS that were 
colorful and flown post-war.  I know of Bob's profiles on the IM site, 
but what other references are there?  Wasn't there an article in either 
C&C, C&CI or OtF?

Believe it or not, the itch is strong so I'm pulling out the F.I I've 
been working on, and plan on using the GG streak decals on it.

Who knows, maybe I'll work on one of the French birds sitting around 
forever as well...although we don't want to be the one to start strokes 
and heart attacks...

However, I did just acquire another MPM F3F-1, and the box top looks 
pretty awesome... :-D
