[WWI] Ecru and Blanc-bleute

If it helps, "ecru" means just "raw" which can be interpreted and the  
colour of raw linen. In the other hand, "blanc-bleuté" means "bluish  
white" which of course leaves a wide room for interpretation. I'd go  
with Robert's advice...
