[WWI] Rumsey's Nieuport 11

There's an extremely good chance it was a grayish blue, not too bright, not 
too dark, but very noticably blue. Vague enough? This is from material that 
post-dates yet confirms the Lafayette Escadrille Datafile special thingy for 
Rumsey.
