Lovely! I have a Spandau kit, almost built... too bad I lost one tiny piece of the ammo receiver.. Anyway i'll finish it as it is!

Subject: [WWI] Williams Bros Lewis gun kit.

Likely of more interest to this group is the Williams Broyhers 1/6 scale Lewis gun kit. It is injected black styrene with a minimal number of parts. There were some little bits of flash to clean up, but the parts were pretty well detailed and fit well. There were even a couple of locator pins which is unusual for this company.

I cut off the shovel handle grip and added a leather ammo drum strap out of masking tape painted brown as well as a windscreen. I hope whomever has the molds will produce more. They would make a nice display model if you could get a Spandau, Vickers and Parabellum to go with it.
