Well, I guess, technically.  However, just by looking at the Table of 
Contents, you won't know what's been added since the last time you 
visited (maybe I need to add a date to the ToC entry) unless you keep 
track of that sort of thing.  Right now there are full builds from 
October and November on the site, for example.  We have a limit of (I 
think) ten articles per ToC category.

The "new" IM is "continuous" - we update as we get in new review items.  
Another example, I'm about to work on a few more Eduard review samples...
