[WWI] Alb DV Question

My understanding has always been that the 1/48th scale wheels are the ones that are incorrectly sized.  I have not heard of that issue about the 1/72nd scale Albatross kit wheels.

  Aren't the 1/72 Eduard Albatros D.V wheels too small?  And didn't 
  someone come out with resin replacements?  Who was that, and are they 
  still around?
