[WWI] Thanks to the Chicago Voters

Congrats!  It's such a good feeling to see our hard work paying off like
that.  :-D  And it's even OT, if you think about it.  It's a Mustang, which
was named after the P-51 Mustang, which in turn was named after the Italian
prancing horse, which first appeared on a WWI aircraft.

Note, this has only been verified to the first step.  The rest just seem
really logical.
