[WWI] New Decals

I just saw on the Hannants website that there's a new offering for 3-color German naval hex, via a company named "Print Scale".  But when I clicked the link the picture showed a VERY dark decal, practically night  lozenge-dark and far too dark for naval hex.

Has anyone actually seen this decal?  If so, is it lighter than it appears on my screen?  I.e., is it worth buying to use on my Alb. W.4s?
