Well thats definative. I knew I would get an exact answer once I went ahead 
and painted it. It was a 50-50 deal and I chose the short half :-) I think 
it looks better with the black, but there's no accounting for a General's 
taste in colors.

Thanks for looking this up Rob. I suppose I can follow the good General's 
orders and paint it red tomorrow.
