[WWI] Greetings: Members Map, where in the world are we?

Some more have been added, and I¹ve deleted one of Diego¹s, as he had had
two goes, that doesn¹t double your chances of being a list ace Diego :)

When I last looked there were 97 entries.

If we want to go more than 100 we need a new method. I could create a
manual system, but I don¹t know if my programming skills are up to
duplicating the bravenet map.

There is a google map based system at www.mapservices.org/ which appears
to have unlimited pins. It also allows you to zoom in to whatever scale you
like, almost down to an individual house, so you might want to be careful
when you place a pin.

Finally, would it be better if it was run from the wwi-models.org site ,
rather than from my personal site?

Regards

Steve

Finally finally, welcome to the list Mark.

I just put up the map, then it¹s down to members to add themselves if they
want to. Since it¹s a bravenet freebie, the map will only accept 100 pins,
95 have been placed so far.

regards
Steve

Hi,

Cool.

I think it may need updating. I'm the only 1 in AZ. I don't think
that's correct....
