Yes, Mike, Flying Machine Press - formerly from right here in Mountain View, California.
Yeah, Mike Vice, I know that Wingnuts is releasing a DH2. So I may be tempted. I have built three 1/32 aircraft in the past, all made into cutaway models mounted on wall plaques and given to my son as gifts. I don't think I could bring myself to do that to a DH2. Besides, it would make a lousy cutaway model :-)

J.R.,
The book is worth the read, if you're interested in him. It was written by his brother, who obviously had a lot of love and respect for him. It is of course a tragic tale due to Hawker's tragic end. I'll have to pick up Mr.Revell's book. Is that the one from Flying Machne Press?
Thanks,
Matt K.

Hi Mike;
The "Victoria Cross" book by Alex Revell has a chapter on Mr. Hawker, plus a profile of the Bristol in which he won the VC.
I've never read the biography you mention, but I should because I have always respected Hawker. I plan to build a model of his armed Bristol 'C' out of the Omega resin kit (a very expensive little kit which I could not normally afford- I used my Roll Models prize certificate to obtain it. I have a little head-scratching to do on it because a full-circle cowling is not provided for some reason).
If I were to be tempted by a Wingnuts offering, it would be to build a nice large representation of Hawker's DH 2.
