[WWI] Nicknames

Someone on the list, I think, brought up the nickname for the DH. 4, "flaming coffin", although probably coined by British crews, it was used by Americans to libel the US DH.4, or "Liber ty Plane". The question I have, is which plane was the "Spinning Incinerator" ? IIRC it was the FE.2, but it might have been the DH.2, or was it something else? Just  curious.
