I went there in March 2008 and they said it had been moved to storage somewhere.  This was a real blow to me as it represents the ship in 1914 and I was converting/scratchbuilding a 1/700 1914 USS Texas at the time.  Someone over at the Steel Navy site thought he knew where it was.  I can't remember what he said now, but I do know that the location he mentioned was too far for me to travel.  I had to finish the project by extrapolating contemporary photographs and some recent drawings in existing publications.
