[WWI] Pre-shading??

Pre-shading is another one of those overused modelling clichés that everyone feels they have to do these days. I think it's overdone and unrealistic on any aircraft model at the best of times, for OT aircraft it's totally inappropriate. Where the modern obsession for painting criss-crossing black lines over everything has come from I have no idea, but I wish it would go back there...
