Thanks for these figures Carlos,
The Pegasus kit checks out OK to these chord measurements, so it's true, I'm now officially mad.
I would love to see the article if you could send it to me, I'll send you my home e-mail address off list.
Many thanks for your help
Regards
Dave

Hi Dave,
Chord, upper: 6 ft 0 1/2 in., chord, lower: 5 ft 6 1/4 in. (from J. M. Bruce's "British Aeroplanes 1914-1918"). From the photo in the book the struts are not parallel.
The small plan in the Air International article show this very well. I have the article on my hard disk, let me know if you are interested.

Hi all
Does anybody have any good plans of the Martinsyde F.4 Buzzard? In particular I'm interested in the difference in cord length between the upper and lower wings. I am currently building the Pegasus kit, but there appears to be something very wrong going on somewhere, resulting in interplane strut positions that do not look the way they should (at least when compared to photographs). My guess is that the there is too much difference between the cord length of the upper and lower wings as the strut positions look fine.
Any comments?
Regards
Dave
