Thanks for the link and the offer of more pictures. Take a look at the
interplane struts on these two links
The link JT sent to me looks very close to what I am getting from the
Pegasus kit. Notice a quite severe difference in the angle of the the
front and rear struts

And then there is this link showing a Portuguese Buzzard, which is
similar to what I am seeing in the photos of the RAF machines. Notice
how the difference between the interplane struts is not as severe as in
the previous link. OK the angle of the photograph is different but I'm
convinced that there is a difference.
