hej Tim,

I am building the Roden Gotha G.III so I had to come over a few of your questions already.

Bombcolor light grey or bluish light grey as well as green. Search for Thomas Genth's website and you will find pictures with very dark painted bombs which is in my opinion green.

The internal bomb rack is in the right position between pilot and rear gunner. They were released through holes in the fuselage. Technically its not possible to cast the fuselage halfes with holes. So you have to help Roden a little bit. I drilled the holes and covered these from the outside as seen in various pictures.

At the G.III the rear gunner had a simple rectangular hole at the underside of the fuselage. Not the real Gothatunnel yet but already equipped with a Parabellum. Roden missed this point.

You can see my Gothabuild at

Unfortunately in German and with lousy pictures.

Regards
Wolfram
