Yes the Fowler can be adapated to a standard "road locomotive" quite
easily. You need to cut off the extension above the smokebox and leave
off the generator, then shorten the canopy and replace the decorative
supports with plan wire ones.

The Foden steam wagon and Dennis can be adapted to OT vehicles.
Strctly speaking the Foden is a supposed to be "C type" which was
introduce in the 1920s but has a very similar appearance to the older
version used by the War Department
