Diego!
My copy is the more recent ziploc bagged edition. You are a little ahead
of me, so far all I have done cut the pieces out, cleaned up and
rescribed the nacelle. I need to start work on the internal detail next
but at the moment work is slow as (unusually for me) the FE2b is sharing
build time with a Skybird 86 Rumpler C.IV (which I'm building for the
kits designer, Mike Eacock) and a PV2 vacform.
Once I cut the FE2b nacelle pieces out and cleaned them up I laid them
out on top of the Windsock datafile plans. Side view is pretty good,
with just a bit of work needed behind the pilots cockpit to raise the
height, however when checking the width the kit nacelle is perhaps a bit
over 1mm or so too narrow in the front of the nacelle with the rear of
the nacelle being OK. I'm pretty certain this is not due to over zealous
sanding on my part, but I could be wrong.
With regards to the G.III/ GIIIa decal sheet if it'll be of any use once
you've received your kit, let me know.
Regards
Dave
