[WWI] TOTALLY ot - but vote

Today matters naught.  What matters is that, on August 9th, everyone
collects together for a 24-hour vote-stuffing extravaganza.  Really, no
sense in putting too much pressure on now, just keep it close.  Then, WHAM!
