[WWI] TOTALLY ot - but vote

 I deleted the cookies, got one vote in and now I can't get another in. 

Problem being that when you voted you picked up another cookie. Delete that and you can vote again. Yeah, it's a pain in the nethers, but that's probably why it's there.
