I'm still skeptical.

Subject: [WWI] Future update
As promised, I did purchase a bottle of Pledge with Future Shine. Looking a a new bottle and a 10 year old bottle, the only thing different is the changes wording on the label. Same atomic logo. On the back, looking a the same 10 year old bottle, an even older (probably around 20 years) and the new bottle, They all contain the same instructions, warnings and phone numbers, no changes except placement on the labels.
Now the important stuff.
I opened the old bottle and the new bottle. Guess what? No difference, they both smell the same.
I checked the consistency between the two. Guess what again? They are both the same.
I dipped some clear parts in both and set them aside to dry. Guess what again? They are both the same.
I applied some from each bottle on bare and painted plastic with a brush, a Q-tip, a piece of sponge and my finger. Guess what again? They are both the same.
I ran some through the airbrush, then cleaned it out with Gunze thinner. Guess what again? They are both the same.
I poured some on a wing at the root and let it run down the surface coating it completely. Guess what again? They are both the same.
So, it looks like Future, It smells like Future, it tastes like Future and it behaves like Future, so it must be Future.
I have checked my Future inventory now and I must have at least three maybe 4 lifetime supplies on hand. Does any one really think that the purchase of 50 gal./year would even raise a tiny blip on SC Johnson's sales radar. Just be thankful that the product is there and we have access to ti. My bottle costs $5.49. Divide that by 10 years and it comes to $0.55 a year.
The same thing holds true for MEK from Home Depot. Less than $6.00 a quart can which will last 2 or three years or more, which makes about $2.00 per year for plastic liquid glue. Compared to $5,49 for a 1oz bottle of 10x-7R which is virtually the same thing with some perfumes and fillers added.
