"It would take a squadron of Klingons to corner Voss"
And later, when the next generation tries to replicate the fight on the holodeck, the computer will overload trying to figure out what colour to make Voss' cowl.

Dude! You're outta your freakin mind! Federation's got phasers and photon torpedos. Romulans got disrupters and the cloaking device. They'd lock Voss and Ball in a tractor beam and take turns playin whoopass on em. :-)
E.
It would take a squadron of Klingons to corner Voss; and Ball would simply stare off into space so intently that it would open a rift in hyperspace and swallow up any pursuing starships.
