Hi,

You can get glow-in -the-dark paint easily enough.

I got a 2oz bottle at Michaels in the Acryllics section for just over $1 
last year.  My nephew also got the Revell pirate ship!

If you've seen my WW1 guest room, you'll notice the sky.  I painted 
stars all over it with the paint and it looks great at night, just after 
lights out.  I need to figure a way to photograph it.
