[WWI] Surplus Decals Clearinghouse

Some might like to do that. Sadly, I horde decals the exact same way I do
kits. I have a filing cabinet full of decals. I cycle thru them once in
awhile dreaming of all the models I could build. We all know I'll only build
a fraction of them. They are like lottery tickets: if you have them you can
dream. :-)
