Seat belts made from masking tape, foil or decal paper or similar material
are fine. I wanted to disallow p/e belts in order to avoid the slippery
slope of AMS. "If we're going to use p/e for the belts then why not for the
machine guns, and the prop boss?" The next thing you know we are up to our
eyeballs in Part photo-etch. So, the short answer is no p/e.

If you want to build a model with positioned ailerons build the Roden
Fokker.
