[WWI] Silver Nieuports

I use Floquil "platinum mist" with about 30% gloss white added for
'tween wars RAF/FAA types (and a;lso for High Sped Silver on post WW2
types)

To my eye the added white makes it look more like paint/dope than a
poor attempt at natural metal.   Grey tends to dull the silver to much
