[WWI] Repairs

The rudder was damaged in a transport accident, and it damaged the lower elevator wires, all had to be re-worked.  The sponge rubber faced clamp, I bought for fuselage construction, but it works on completed models too.

I can't tell what needs to be repaired; can you explain?
