Are you sure the  '9' has ' gone' ?  I really wanted a 1/48 kit of it, but there is (and I have it) a really nice resin 1/72 .

I can't be too happy, since the 1/48 DH9 has vanished from the page. I don't think the insect scale ww1 modelers are too happy, either.
