[WWI] A belated Merry Christmas to All

There's the problem - you can't leave them in a cupboard, they breed overnight.

Just got my prezzie from the Czech penpal, all ot models, some from the 2nd unpleasantness, and a pair of blowtorches.
Good stuff, if not great stuff, just not OT stuff.
But from the recent postings, I'm inspired to have a crack at some of my stash!
BTW - I was unable to find the metallic thread recently mentioned, but picked up a spool of Metallic Silver from the "Coats and Clarke" brand which looks really nice. It has a sort of braided look which might be right spiffy for control cables.

I got nothing this year, no models, deoderant, socks or ties - BUT - do not feel sorry for me, it was a joint decision. Last year we went a lot over the top with buying and when it came to this year we sat down to discuss what we really wanted, and it was a case of do I really want one now when I can get it later.
So I avoided the socks, deodorant, ties etc.
But, can someone get me - all these mince pies, where do they all come from - every time I open a cupboard there's a box of them sitting there and I distinctly remember buying one box only.......
Happy New Year
