[WWI] Help Mixing Paint Colors? Robert Karr? Anybody?

Are there any sites that show how to mix paint colors? I know that any color
is achievable with just red, blue and yellow.

What I have is a tin of paint that is close to what I want. I want to adjust
the color a bit. Whatever I am doing it is always wrong. Any pointers would
be very helpful.

The project is tone down this robin's egg blue paint to be a little lighter
and grey-er for the FF.33E.
