Indeed. Quite a lot of work involved and probably few people who use it think to say thanks so I'll add mine to Paul's.

I'm on my second paper copy. The first was loaned to a friend who lost it - that one was almost entirely unbound before I handed it to him.

 

I bought a second copy off ABE Books on the web about two years ago, for under A$30 including postage from England, but I concede that that was an exceptionally cheap "find" - the two volumes currently listed are US$131 and US$141 respectively!
